No, the uDiva SOFA would be boxed separately and each box is small enough to fit through tight spaces, such as narrow staircases, lifts and standard doorways. Our delivery team will assemble the modular sofa for you. You can specify your preferred configuration and placement of each module during delivery.

We understand the importance of trying before buying. You can visit our showroom to experience the comfort and features of our sofas firsthand. Q: What is the warranty coverage?
A 1 + 2 year warranty is included to cover the mechanical and/or electrical defect the of the uDiva SOFA massage sofa unit. The warranty does not cover the uDiva SOFA series seat unit and console unit.
Q: Can I install the uDiva SOFA by myself?
A one-time free installation is provided during delivery with the purchase of any 2-seater or larger uDiva SOFA series massage sofa. Any self-installation, modification or dismantling of the uDiva SOFA will void the warranty and OSIM will not be liable for any damages. If the uDiva SOFA is damaged due to self-installation or modification, a product service charge of $128 will apply, excluding the cost of spare parts.
Q: Can I purchase an additional uDiva SOFA massage or seat unit after my first purchase?
Yes, you may purchase an additional uDiva SOFA massage unit after your first purchase via our website. If reconfiguration of the existing layout is required (e.g. placing the new unit in between the current setup or dismantling the current setup), there will be an additional charge of $80 with any add on purchase. Otherwise, installation is free of charge.
Q: How do I relocate or reconfigure the layout of uDiva SOFA after delivery if needed?
Should you require any relocation or reconfiguration of the uDiva SOFA after your delivery and installation, an additional charge from $80 onwards will apply.
Q: How can I customise additional seats beyond a 3-seater?
Q: What if I require disposal of my old sofa?
We do not provide disposal services for existing sofas or non-OSIM massage chairs. However, we do provide disposal of OSIM massage chairs for $150 per unit, provided they are at the same address.
Q: Can I purchase just the seat unit of uDiva SOFA without the massage unit of uDiva SOFA?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to purchase the seat unit of the uDiva SOFA as a standalone without the massage unit of uDiva SOFA. The seat unit is only available when purchase together with the uDiva SOFA massage unit or as an additional add-on to the existing configurations.
