  Cream White two-toned performance fabric (100% Polyester): Breathable soft feel and highly durable and pill resistant. (Martindale Rub Test of more than 30,000 rubs; suitable for high levels of everyday use) and lab tested to resist stains from everyday spills, including water, coffee, tea and orange juice.   Brown PVC Leatherette (100% PVC): Timeless and elegant the brown Leatherette is highly durable. (Martindale Rub Test of more than 30,000 rubs, suitable for high levels of everyday use).

• How do I clean and maintain the uDiva SOFA?

  Cleaning and maintenance for uDiva SOFA is easy and fuss-free.
  
  Cream white two-toned performance fabric: For any spillage, blot dry immediately with dry cloth. For routine maintenance, vacuum the sofa thoroughly. Note: No washing (no machine nor handwash), no bleaching, no tumble dry, no iron.
  
  Brown PVC Leatherette: For any spillage or to clean, wipe down with dry microfibre cloth. For routine maintenance, vacuum the sofa thoroughly.

• How many seater does the uDiva SOFA come in?

  Looking for a 2-seater for a cozy corner or a sprawling 3-seater for family movie nights? Unlike fixed sofas, the uDiva SOFA is a modular massage sofa, which can be customized to any number of uDiva SOFA and seat units according to your needs or space in your house. You can also customize the configuration of where you like the seat unit(s) and uDiva SOFA massage sofa(s).

• What are the dimensions of the uDiva SOFA?

  The dimensions vary based on the modular configuration. Please refer to our product dimension for specific measurements of each configuration.

• How do you measure, monitor and manage body tension (stress) score on the uDiva SOFA?

  The uDiva SOFA utilizes the patent-pending Photoplethysmography (PPG) technology integrated with the OSIM Well-Being App to measure and monitor your body tension. Based on this score, the uDiva SOFA provides customized massage to help manage your stress and enhance overall well-being.

• Does the uDiva SOFA come already put together?

  No, the uDiva SOFA would be boxed separately and each box is small enough to fit through tight spaces, such as narrow staircases, lifts and standard doorways.

  We do not provide disposal services for existing sofas or non-OSIM massage chairs.

• Can I purchase just the seat unit of uDiva SOFA without the massage unit of uDiva SOFA?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to purchase the seat unit of the uDiva SOFA as a standalone without the massage unit of uDiva SOFA. The seat unit is only available when purchased together with the uDiva SOFA massage unit or as an additional add-on to the existing configurations.
